Despite the seriousness of the situation, locals and passersby remained mute spectators as the injured lay on the ground, bleeding.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">Eyewitnesses said that for more than ten minutes after the accident, no one came forward to help the injured. People gathered at the spot, watched silently, and recorded videos instead of offering assistance. Such scenes, long considered uncommon in Jammu and Kashmir, raised serious questions about growing apathy and indifference in society.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">It was only after the arrival of a concerned individual that the situation changed. The man persuaded those present to assist and personally helped lift the injured, arranging their immediate evacuation from the spot.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">Both injured persons were shifted to the Sub-District Hospital Hiranagar for treatment.
