Jammu City witnessing regular massive traffic jam

Since law and order and police is under control of Lt Governor J&K, but everything is collapsed in winter capital of J&K.  The most common and irritating problem that one faces in the Jammu city is getting caught in traffic jamsthrough out day.  Ambulances carrying serious patients too remain trap in jams for  hours, no one from traffic police seen on roads to regulate traffic. The daily commuting on the roads of Jammu is becoming worrisome and more grueling day by day, depicting the complete  failure of the traffic police. One can hardly see  Dy SP Jammu city traffic police on roads to monitor traffic jams.  Traffic rules, lane driving, red lights are not being followed honestly, besides traffic lights remained switched off through out day to facilitate parking of matadors and buses at main crossings in Jammu city which lead to traffic congestion in our city. The system of traffic in Jammu city is worsening and deteriorating with each passing day. Now a day’s Jammu city is witnessing the worst traffic congestion problem and jamming right from early in the morning till late evening. Traffic jams have become the daily routine rather than an exception in Jammu city. These days traffic has totally become unmanageable and almost deadlock type of traffic situation can be seen on each and every busy routes of our city. The main reason behind it is  Wrong parking, narrow roads, no fixed stoppages for matadors, non-adherence of traffic protocol and rash driving by matador drivers in front traffic police even in front of city police stations. The traffic personnel’s are only concerned of taking challans , Lt Governor cavalcade movement and nothing else. It has been highly observed these days the Dy SP traffic Jammu city not visible on roads to take challenge of massive traffic jams. Question arises when will Lt Governor J&K who is heading home deptt will woke up and  make traffic police efficient.
