Jammu: Shiv Sena (UBT) Jammu and Kashmir unit has demanded the Modi government at the center to take strict cognizance of the ongoing attacks on Hindus and religious places in Bangladesh, and take strict steps like a complete stop to relations.
In a press conference held at the party’s state central office, state chief Manish Sahni said that attacks on Hindus and religious places in Bangladesh are not stopping. In the last three days, 3 temples have been vandalized, idols broken and a Hindu priest has been killed by fundamentalists in the Kasimpura area of   Dinajpur district.
Sahni said that these cruel acts of Bangladesh cannot be tolerated.  He said that Bangladesh’s love for Pakistan is awakening and following in its footsteps, nefarious and cowardly acts are being carried out. Sahni said that the figures released by the Central Government in the Lok Sabha are terrifying. In the year 2024, till 8 December, 2,200 attacks have been registered on Hindus and other minorities in Bangladesh. Bangladesh has crossed all limits of cruelty. Sahni said that the Modi government at the Center, which claims to be a well-wisher of Hindus, should teach Bangladesh a lesson and prove its claim to be solid. Sahni has demanded a ban on all trade, diplomatic, political and sports relations with Bangladesh. On this occasion, Meenakshi Chhibber (President Women’s Wing), Rohan Malwal (President Jammu City) were present.
