Army Public School Janglot, in collaboration with Team ICARUS, successfully organized APSJ MUN 2026 on 28th and 29th July 2026. The prestigious two-day inter-school conference witnessed the enthusiastic participation of over 200 delegates from more than 15 institutions, including various Army Public Schools and other reputed schools of the region.
The conference provided a dynamic platform for young delegates to deliberate on significant national and global issues through committee sessions, fostering diplomacy, leadership, critical thinking, negotiation, and public speaking skills. Participants displayed exceptional confidence, research, and teamwork while engaging in meaningful debates and drafting practical resolutions.
The conference culminated in a grand Valedictory and Prize Distribution Ceremony, graced by Honourable Chairman Brigadier Tejender Chaudhary, who felicitated the delegates for their outstanding performances. Awards were presented in various categories, including Best Delegate, High Commendation, Special Mention, Verbal Mention, and other committee recognitions. Delegates from Army Public Schools, and several other participating institutions were honoured for their excellence.
Addressing the gathering, the Honourable Chairman congratulated all the participants on their remarkable achievements and encouraged them to continue participating in such academic forums that nurture leadership, confidence, critical thinking, and global citizenship. Respected Principal, Dr. Vishakha Sharma, also congratulated the delegates on their outstanding achievements and extended her heartfelt blessings, inspiring them to continue striving for excellence in every sphere of life. The coveted Best School Trophy was proudly awarded to Army Public School, Janglot in recognition of the exceptional overall performance of its delegates.
