Srinagar, Nov 16: The State Investigation Agency (SIA) has taken action by attaching seven Kanals and seven Marlas of orchard land linked to a Jaish-e-Mohammed Overground Worker (OGW) in Pulwama under the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act, officials reported.
The orchard property, spanning seven kanals and seven marlas and registered under Khasra Number 207 in the village of Chitrat, Arigam Pulwama, is associated with Ghulam Nabi Wani, the father of the accused Ishfaq Ahmad Wani, residing in Chitrat Arigam Pulwama.
Officials stated that the property has been seized under section 25 of the UA(P)A, as per an order dated 13.11.2023, by the competent authority.
